Lots happened this week! More painting, more “de-construction” in the northeast corner of the basement (new Preschool room and stairs!), and the opening for the new stairs was made, the sink was installed in the nursery, and more!! Thank you, Just Builders!

Inspections were completed this week. Installation was installed and drywall was delivered and installed. If you’d like to take a look around the new addition, upstairs and downstairs, it is now safe for you to do that! It’s exciting to see the progress that’s happening. Keep praying for Mark and his team.
While we have not yet started construction on Phase I, we are making progress toward that goal. We are working trough details of our contract with Just Builders, checking insurance coverage for both parties, and setting up an escrow account with National Covenant Properties from which construction payments will be made. There was a lot accomplished this week! Sheet rock was installed in the preschool room and the new lobby and stairway, the cement was poured for part of the new entrance; the new front doors were installed; lots of excavation happened; stucco installation began; and work on the lift continued.
Work continues. Brick is going up on the outside, walls are coming down on the inside, Xcel hooked up the gas line, so we now have a furnace, and work continues on the handicap ramp. Mark will let us know when it is safe to look around downstairs, so until then, please stay out of…
