Construction Week of October 23
ByAWCCJust Builders is working on reconfiguration of our HVAC (heating and cooling) system and on the vent hoods for the new kitchen. Once these mechanical systems are complete, electricians from Goodman heating systems will be on site to install new electrical circuits. Construction Update Week of March 25
ByAWCCThere was a lot accomplished this week! Sheet rock was installed in the preschool room and the new lobby and stairway, the cement was poured for part of the new entrance; the new front doors were installed; lots of excavation happened; stucco installation began; and work on the lift continued.
Construction Update Week of April 29
ByAWCCBrick work began on the front entrance and the pillars, the sidewalk heating system was completed, and work continued in the preschool room!
Building Team Update
ByAWCCWhile we have not yet started construction on Phase I, we are making progress toward that goal. We are working trough details of our contract with Just Builders, checking insurance coverage for both parties, and setting up an escrow account with National Covenant Properties from which construction payments will be made.
