It’s been a busy week in the basement! The east stairs to the basement were removed, all the walls are removed near those stairs; the lift was moved; ceiling tiles, lights, and carpet was installed in the rooms downstairs, and more painting happened. More brick went up on the tower — it’s almost done! Framing continues in the upstairs office area. Work continues downstairs in the kitchen and bath areas. It’s exciting to see all the changes! Thank God for this great adventure!  

Recent progress by the Building Team towards our Phase 1 building expansion includes: Lee Architects completed a full drawing set which was submitted to Jefferson County for “plan review” on March 18. Jeffco completed their review and issued our building permit on April 1! The team has completed interviews of 4 candidates for general contractor…

Just Builders is working on reconfiguration of our HVAC (heating and cooling) system and on the vent hoods for the new kitchen.  Once these mechanical systems are complete, electricians from Goodman heating systems will be on site to install new electrical circuits.  New telephone and network cables will be installed soon which is work done…
