Construction Update Week of June 24

The new lobby stairway is installed, the community room floor is down, the new preschool room is framed and insulated, trim work around the outside windows was done, prepping the foundation for the new front steps took place. It’s getting closer to being done!  

Xcel Energy came out and switched the old service to the new, electrical issues were solved, drywall was installed, skim coating was done, and painting begun! A busy week!          

Building Update for the week of July 10-16: Excavation for Phase I construction is complete. On the outside of our new addition, you will see windows, waterproofing, and bricks.  On the inside, framing in the new addition is well underway.  Concrete in the basement floor has been opened up to place required drain lines.  Installation of a new furnace unit will be underway soon.  The nursery room is being reconfigured…
