Construction Update December 18

Our addition on the east end of the church building is taking shape. Framing of the  main floor is  underway, and  will continue  next week. On the lower level, demolition of the east basement wall is complete so that the kitchen and mechanical room now open into the new  addition.  (Sorry, no tours just yet.)…

There was a lot accomplished this week! Sheet rock was installed in the preschool room and the new lobby and stairway, the cement was poured for part of the new entrance; the new front doors were installed; lots of excavation happened; stucco installation began; and work on the lift continued.  

The new lobby stairway is installed, the community room floor is down, the new preschool room is framed and insulated, trim work around the outside windows was done, prepping the foundation for the new front steps took place. It’s getting closer to being done!
