Construction Update Week of January 1, 2012

Inspections were completed this week. Installation was installed and drywall was delivered and installed. If you’d like to take a look around the new addition, upstairs and downstairs, it is now safe for you to do that! It’s exciting to see the progress that’s happening. We are on the homestretch with construction activities for Phase I!  The 5th classroom room in the basement is now done and almost occupied.  (Some ceiling tiles are purposely on hold pending a final inspection.)  Carpeting in the lift room and northwest stairway will be done by Sunday, June 10.  The new main entrance is…

$234,900.41 has been given to the Building Fund from  10/1/2010 through 1/1/2012!!   That’s more than 100% of the pledged amount of $233,581.11 and 94% of the $250,000 goal.  Praise God!  

Lots happened this week! More painting, more “de-construction”  in the northeast corner of the basement (new Preschool room and stairs!), and the opening for the new stairs was made, the sink was installed in the nursery, and more!! Thank you, Just Builders!
