Construction during week of August 14-21

The new sewer line is in — and you can get in the front doors to church!  It was a huge job. Electrical work continues and will continue next week. The kitchen is all cleared out. Exciting times ahead!

    Building Update July 10

    Construction has begun! The handicap ramp is removed. All the lumber from that is going to be repurposed ! The front sidewalk has been removed and progress is being made!  We anticipate having a handicap ramp next Sunday. For safety, please do not enter the construction zone!

    Parking Lot Update

    The latest is that the demo will happen the week of 11/26, with the concrete in place by Thurs/Friday. The final grading and paving should happen the following Monday the 3rd.

    Building Team Update

    While we have not yet started construction on Phase I, we are making progress toward that goal.  We are working trough details of our contract with Just Builders, checking insurance coverage for both parties, and setting up an escrow account with National Covenant Properties from which construction payments will be made.  We don’t have a…
