Our addition on the east end of the church building is taking shape. Framing of the  main floor is  underway, and  will continue  next week. On the lower level, demolition of the east basement wall is complete so that the kitchen and mechanical room now open into the new  addition.  (Sorry, no tours just yet.)…

Brick work began on the front entrance and the pillars, the sidewalk heating system was completed, and work continued in the preschool room!

Building Update for the week of July 10-16: Excavation for Phase I construction is complete. Next up is pouring new concrete foundations.To make room for this work, the air conditioning unit and our water supply had to be relocated.  Both services have been restored and are available. There was a lot accomplished this week! Sheet rock was installed in the preschool room and the new lobby and stairway, the cement was poured for part of the new entrance; the new front doors were installed; lots of excavation happened; stucco installation began; and work on the lift continued.
