Mark Your Calendar for AWCC’s 25th Anniversary Celebration: September 7-8

This past week, framing continued and the nursery wall  was taken down and sink taken out. New framing also occurred in the nursery. Some masonry work began this week as well. This week framing the basement walls will continue and the plumbers and mechanical contractors are scheduled to come and begin work!

      The floor in the community room was completed, electrical work happened in the preschool room, the lift was worked on, glass was installed on the west side (looks awesome!), and the bricks were removed from the north side in preparation for the new entrance! Concrete has been poured for the new basement floor in the east expansion.  This floor will be under the new restrooms and expanded kitchen.  Prior to this, all required plumbing was placed below that floor.  Framing is now underway both for this expansion and for the tower.  A new structural steel beam is in place…
