Construction Update Week of January 30

The glass was installed in the new entryway and landscaping work began!

This past week, framing continued and the nursery wall  was taken down and sink taken out. New framing also occurred in the nursery. Some masonry work began this week as well. This week framing the basement walls will continue and the plumbers and mechanical contractors are scheduled to come and begin work!

Inspections were completed this week. Installation was installed and drywall was delivered and installed. If you’d like to take a look around the new addition, upstairs and downstairs, it is now safe for you to do that! It’s exciting to see the progress that’s happening. Keep praying for Mark and his team.  

Work continues. Brick is going up on the outside, walls are coming down on the inside, Xcel hooked up the gas line, so we now have a furnace, and work continues on the handicap ramp. Mark will let us know when it is safe to look around downstairs, so until then, please stay out of…

It’s been a busy week in the basement! The east stairs to the basement were removed, all the walls are removed near those stairs; the lift was moved; ceiling tiles, lights, and carpet was installed in the rooms downstairs, and more painting happened.
